<p><em><span style="color: #333333;">Feldenkrais</span></em><span style="color: #333333;"> retrains the nervous system through gentle movement exploration, creating new physical and mental habits.  Students increase coordination, range of motion, mental function, and lengthen the spine. They reduce stress and pain, recover from injury and refine their sport or art, often realizing changes they had not imagined. Exercises are done sitting and lying down.</span></p>
