The simple movement sequences of the Feldenkrais Method teach you how to move more efficiently, creating new neurological pathways, and new habits that reduce limitations. People of all ages and states of health are welcome and will benefit. Private lessons are tailored to the individual and group classes accommodate wide ranges of ability.
Through the Feldenkrais Method you can replace aches and pains with pleasure, and do the things you love to do. By working with Margot individually or in a group, you will learn what you do that exacerbates pain or difficulties, and the steps to take to live more comfortably.
