Class Schedule San Rafael
A two month series of weekly one-hour classes. Exercises are done sitting and lying down. Through gentle movement exploration students increase coordination, range of motion, mental function and lengthen the spine. Sessions continue throughout the year.
Next Session begins Sept. 11th – October 30th.
Time: Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am
Cost: Kaiser Members $80 for series of 8 classes
Non-members $96 for series of 8 classes
