Develop your beginner’s mind in six weeks of gentle movement classes that give you the benefits of meditation - calm, balance and lightness.

Perhaps you already meditate regularly, or you think it’s a good idea . This is not a meditation course per-se, but a means to bring yourself into calm alignment in your daily life, which may have changed the past two years!

An embodied practice has been the foundation of my meditation since I found a practical, grounding way to meditate. I have been learning about healing myself, and guiding others to heal themselves for over thirty years. Meditation and mindful movement are means to heal and connect with yourself deeply, and to live with joy.

We will learn together, meeting in a small group via Zoom twice weekly, for 75 minutes. This course includes a bonus of a private one-hour session with me, Margot.

We all face the challenges of political, social, and environmental upheaval and world-wide pandemic. Simultaneously there is an opportunity for transformation of ourselves – to truly assess what we want! To be more of who we are! To engage the capacities we have – and share them!

My personal view is that we humans, as a species are growing up – that we are becoming better, with higher consciousness. How do we support that in ourselves as individuals? By increasing our awareness of what we do and how we do it, increasing our capacity to sense ourselves, thus enhancing our sensitivity to ourselves and to others. Let’s keep going with this – there is no limit to what you can learn about yourself. While the abundance of information in this world is an overload, a greater vastness lies within each person. You are the one who knows you best, and you are embarking on this journey to know yourself better!

In the ACTIVE MINDFULNESS LIVING course I guide, and you govern yourself – you decide what feels exquisite to you, you choose to venture into a new thing that’s unfamiliar. You are the master of your self-care. The themes for the six weeks are:
